About Dr. Tamras

Dr. Andrew Tamras is well regarded by his peers, surgeons, and different types of health professionals in the area. Regarded as the “Bruce Lee” of Chiropractic, Dr. Andrew combines master levels of Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Dry needling, Cupping, Graston, Manual therapy, Rehab Therapy and expert anatomy knowledge to treat his patients with every way possible to get better without surgery, and if they are post surgical, Dr. Andrew has rehabbed many post surgical cases from total knee replacements to shoulder arthroscopies and everything in between including laminectomies and spinal fusions. He has been on a mission since he was 10 years old to be the best chiropractor he can be.

After playing a year of college football at Carthage College, Dr. Andrew began his health journey becoming a licensed massage therapist. He worked as a massage therapist while finishing his Bachelors in Biomedical Science from National University of Health Sciences. After, he got a certificate in personal training and worked as a personal trainer, massage therapist and anatomy tutor while finishing his Doctorate of Chiropractic from National University, where he also got his certificate in Acupuncture and Dry Needling. While in the doctorate program, they would shut down the radiology department to attend lectures on anatomy from Dr. Andrew. When taking the board exams to get licensed in the states, he achieved higher scores than the valedictorian. He then got his Masters in Sports Science and Rehabilitation. After his doctorate, he studied under the tutelage of Dr. Breton and Dr. Jenkins. He then worked rehabbing post surgical cases and as a traveling doctor filling in for doctors while they were away on vacation, he has worked in over 40 different clinical settings. He has adjusted more than 80 people in one day. He achieved his Masters in Sports Science and Rehabilitation from Logan University.

He has studied and learned from the best and continues to strive to get even better.  Now, he is teamed up with the inspirational Dr. Sargon Odisho and The Chicago FIX to help more people and advance the culture of health care.
