Some of our services include:
Chiropractic - Doctors of chiropractic—often referred to as chiropractors or chiropractic physicians – practice a drug-free, hands-on approach to health care that includes patient examination, diagnosis, and treatment.
Massage - Massage therapy is the manual manipulation of superficial layers of skin, muscles, and connective tissue to enhance function while facilitate healing by promoting circulation. We offer 30 minute to 1 hour clinical table massages.
Rehabilitation - Between all the physicians, therapists, and staff members – we’ve played every sport there is and have first-hand knowledge on what it takes to train for and participate in your sport, we have an appreciation for what each sport asks of its players and unfortunately have also suffered the same types of sport related injuries as you. That means we’ve gone through the same rehabilitation to return to the sport as quickly as possible.
Acupuncture - Our Licensed Acupuncturists use needling, acupressure, and cupping techniques to reduce a patient’s pain sensation, increasing circulation and therefore decreasing soreness and swelling in the treatment area.
Kinesio Taping - Kinesio Taping is a technique where strips of tape with elastic strands are stretched in specific patterns for specific injuries. The elastic component of the tape when contracting pulls up on the skin which results in relieving pressure of the underlying fascia (connective tissue) and therefore facilitates lymphatic drainage (removing swelling from the area).
Custom Running Orthotics - Our Custom-Made Activity Specific Shoe Orthotic is an amazing aid that can heal a number of ailments plaguing areas from the feet to the neck with every step you take. And you can‘t find a more patient/activity/ailment specific orthotic for less in this town. Each orthotic starts with a full history of injury and activities normally enjoyed. We need to know what the problem is and what activity we need to keep you in by adding an orthotic to your treatment.
Electric Stimulation - Electric stimulation refers to a therapy modality where a light electrical impulse is pulsed from one electrode placed on the skin at one end of a muscle or joint to another placed some distance away at other end of same muscle or side of joint.
Ultrasound - Therapeutic Ultrasound, not to be confused with diagnostic ultrasound, is another commonly utilized soft tissue modality in our offices. An acoustic wand produces thousands of pulsed sound waves that are focalized a few centimeters away from the surface of the wand. As the sound waves pass through tissue, they cause cells of the tissue to begin to shake against each other which in turn leads to the production of heat in form of friction.
Medical Doctors - We always try to take the most conservative approach to treating our patients but understand that there are instances where traditional treatments are in the best interest of the patient and their health. And that’s the most important thing to us.
