Elisha believes that Massage Therapy is an essential part of an athlete’s training and recovery. Sports Massage helps athletes train more effectively, improve performance, prevent injury, and aids in the body’s natural healing process. She believes that Massage Therapy is not only an effective and non-invasive treatment of soft tissue injuries, but can also play an integral role in the maintenance of one’s overall wellbeing.
